Concept hospitality was founded by Justin North in 2018.

With three decades of experience in the dynamic hospitality industry, we bring a wealth of knowledge, innovation, and collaboration to the table.

Justin North


Justin has had a distinguished 27-year career in the hospitality industry. In 2014 he joined the Sydney-based Halcyon Hotels to oversee the re-brand and refurbishment of one of the eastern suburbs’ favourite locations — The Centennial.



Prior to this Justin ran & developed his own restaurants & food outlets evolving into some of Sydney’s premier dining spaces.



In 2007 Becasse was named in the top 100 restaurants in the world, Becasse won the coverted SMH restaurant of the year in 2007, Justin was awarded the title of “2009 Sydney Morning Herald Chef of the Year” and in November 2010 Justin was named GQ “Chef of the Year” at the Man of the Year awards.
