Concept Hospitality were engaged to create the concept for their soon to be renovated lobby entrance dinning and bar areas. As part of the original concept, full food and beverage menu’s, venue design and inspiration, specifying OS&E and uniforms all fell under Concept’s scope of works.

The three phase approach for this job required Concept Hospitality to assist bringing the concept to life through management of the team and designs, advise of branding and feedback, work with PR and marketing firms in its second stage.

The third stage saw Concept Hospitality responsible for pre-opening training, pre-opening photography, recruitment and on-going review and implementations of standards.
