Concept Hospitality were engaged by Ovolo Hotels to assist with bringing their new venue to life, Mister Percy. Initial research and development indicated there was a gap in the market for a pinchos style wine bar. Concept were engaged to conduct this research and development and help construct a new concept and develop the food and beverage philosophy behind the new venue designed by Luchetti Krelle. Working alongside with the proposed design, Concept helped specify OS&E to suit the new design and concept as well as continual assessment and training pre and post launch of Mister Percy. Concept were engaged to assist with PR group Liquid Ideas for the post and pre-launch of Mister Percy.
